Elite level ha ha? If you dispose of him, it may make you qualified to share a ring with Khan that is the best you can hope to convince people of.

I'm not going to bash Kell too bad, everybody else beat me to it. I just wish he would step in with some elite company and quit talking about it.

Brook tackles the Ukrainian conqueror of British boxing hero Ricky Hatton with IBF king Devon Alexander and his challenger Shawn Porter in the winner’s sights. The unbeaten Sheffield star believes he’ll be the one facing the winner of that November 30 bout early in 2014, and cannot wait to put on a big display tomorrow night.

Youre going to have to prove it against elite level competition then, Special K.

I lost a lot of hope in Kell after the Alexander debacle. He could have saved us from ever hearing about Devon or Cunningham again. It just wasnt in the stars. Maybe its not in the stars for him to be an Elite boxer? Who knows? Only one way to find out Kell, step your game up!

I like Brook but his resume is hard to defend.

His best wins are Carson Jones, Matthew Hatton, Hector Saldivia, and Michael Jennings. He is a throwback to the early noughties and British fighter with their long, baseless unbeaten records. I don't think anyone has the patience for that kind of thing anymore.

He has a good enough record and resume to maybe deserve a Title shot but it is going to take a long time and a lot of quality wins to deserve to be called elite.
