This is a really interesting match up between two bombers. Who's your favorite if this fight ever happens?

Admire both guys very much but as it stands today I'd slightly favour GGG. Kess is getting on a bit now. He'll trouble GGG and poss be up on the cards. But he'll get cut,and broken down.

I think GGG might get the edge if the fight happens. Specifically because of Kessler's legs. He's not getting any help from those legs, and that is a MUST if you face a guy like GGG.

30 yr old Kessler beats 30 yr old GGG, but that's not the case here.

Kessler in prime would do the job, but now it'd be all GGG.

Moving up in weight will take it's toll on Golovkin, I think Kessler would box him and take the majority of rounds, but being hard pressed once or twice.

We don't know how GGG will look at SMW. Guy's not even that big at MW. I'd still favor GGG because of his power.

                GGG at the moment.

Kessler was a beast in his prime.

GGGs 'bout 169-70 in the ring, Kessler I ain't sure, but I've heard that he doesn't gain that much after weigh in (like Froch). If this is the case, he ain't gonna be that much bigger than Golovkin.

Either way I'm going with most here, Golovkin takes this now, but the jury is out on a slightly less shopworn version of Kessler.

No idea. I don't think we can make an educated guess because

                    1) we don't know how GGG would handle moving up in weight.

                    2) so far GGG has looked like the real deal, but Kessler is worlds better than anyone he has fought. We don't know how GGG would fare against a fighter of his caliber.

                    3) We don't know how much the Froch war has taken out of Kessler.

If I really had to make a pick, I would say Kessler is the safer bet, but even if I were a betting man, I wouldn't bet any real money on this fight.
