If he's "on" he's a helluva fighter in that ring, and I think that translates to 154. He has so much talent, but just doesn't have the mental consistency to make him an elite fighter. But on those occasions where his brain is working right, he looks very good.

I can see him winning a belt at 154. Then again, I can also see him getting KO'd in his first fight at 154 lol
