You neglect the fact that BH is the one speculating and pressing the issue to fight FMM, a smaller fighter so BH SHOULD be the one that either goes down to the WW limit or sacrifices more to make it happen. Hopkins knows Mayweather options are limited at 147 this is the perfect time for Hopkins to lure Mayweather into fighting him
