Why would he be a **** head if what he's saying is/was true? He didn't say anything then because he thought of it recently and wanted to warn his buddy.

Suppose his claims are valid? One can never tell these days. Boxing has a rich history of cheats, especially guys tampering with gloves. You're really quick to be dismissive of this guy when you weren't the one taking the punches...

i've seen gloves like that made by 'grant' : they are illegal , because they take weight off knuckle padding and put that extra weight at the lace area . Boxing commissions must look into that and ban those gloves .
