Don't you get it yet? Manny asks them to join TR or manny gives them a ****ty deal or manny asks for testing its ok. If the opponent says no, he's either scared or ducking but it isn't mannys fault.

Floyd asks manny to do these same things, manny refuses, and its floyds fault because the deal is ****ty or floyd asked manny to sign with TMT. Its never manny in their eyes.

There might be some truth to the latter part of your statement. American media exposure of BALCO as well as more than a decade of other PED scandals were given much more publicity in America due to baseball. You could say the same of Western Europe with Lance Armstrong and other cyclists. So it really isn't that far a reach to think sports fans in other areas of the world may not have seen as much media exposure regarding designer PEDs in comparison to your average American or Western European sports fan.
