To be fair his loss to Narvaez is questionable because alot of people saw him win ( I scored it a draw) but he hasn't fought anybody like Santa Cruz.

This could be a very competitive fight.

Not sure a lot of people outside of PR thought Seda beat Narvaez, but it was very close (I had it 115-113 Narvaez, could have been 116-112, but Seda gave him a tough fight). Seda has the talent to win a lot of the belts at 118, but you're right, Santa Cruz is a fighter on a different scale and style (Narvaez more a slick boxer) than Seda's ever faced.
