I think a rematch with Josesito Lopez could be done at Welter or Junior Welter or Vargas vs Provodnikov at junior welterweight would be good or if Rios ends up going back down to junior welter after the Pacquiao fight Vargas vs Rios would be a good fight too. There's a lot of possibilities it's just a matter of the people that make the fights to put them together.
Vargas is Top Rank, so Lopez is unlikely now.
Only reason he is thinking about the move is because Top Rank lacks fighters at 147 lbs. And Bradley and Pacquiao are not going to fight him.
