Mendez is with the same promoter he's always been with. Essentially they just changed their name from Aquinity to Iron Mike.

Well, I actually feel bad for Mendez. He seems like a really nice guy and has a pretty good skill set. However, I think he is too nice where it does him no good. The first thing I would do is get rid of his manager Mr. Nunez. He was or is the same manager that helped Guzman's career into the ground. Secondly, as soon as this contract with Iron Mike Productions is done I would run and find someone who gives a damn. But in the mean time just keep fighting and winning.

Well, I hope it was that something went really wrong but how exactly would something like this happen? It seems very strange to be honest. But I would rather know it was unintentional and not the other way around. Good luck to Mendez.
