would you stop to watch boxing for eternity for $700.000?

Really, if you are a 100% true boxing fan, the Chavez Jr vs Vera fight should have made you depressed. And decisions like that stack up after years and years of the same crap. Boxing is such a depressing sport, it thrived in the great depression era. Mismatch after mismatch, terrible officiating, corrupted/incompetent judging, paper titles, a billion titles per weight class, there's a billion weight classes to begin with. Really, boxing makes you happy?
Boxing makes me very happy, and despite mismatches and poor decisions, there is almost nothing I love more than watching and talking about the sport. I have enough money to buy the things I want, so giving up the sport I love for something I don't value much would be a '******ed' idea, in the words of MathBoy.

Other opportunities will present themselves without having to give up a part of myself.
