Broner is the most hyped fighter today

Sure, Broner has skill. His hands are fast. He fights well in the pocket, but what else does he have? Not that shoulder roll. It's as fake as Bertos and we all know this. He is very stationary and hittable. He lost to PDL and barely beat Paulie, he didn't look like a 13:1 favorite to me that's for sure.

His best win is DeMarco or am I mistaken? He is a champion in 3 different weight classes, but he was favored in every one of those fights. Compare that to Manny Pacquiaos first 3 title shots. He was supposed to get eaten alive, fought better competition and WON. In Mannys 3rd title fight he fought #3 p4p at the time Marco Antonio Barrera.

Who else thinks Broner is a hype job? And if you don't please tell me why he's the real deal bc frankly, I don't see it

he's the second undefeated fighter to lose 3 fights and still be "undefeated".

    He's Berto 2.0

Who hypes him? All of you hate him so how the hell can he be hyped up? No one says Broners a top p4p fighter so this makes no sense. And anyone can knit pick a resume. I can easily say someone's resume is ****.

Some fool on here does. Forgot his username. Sure anyone can knit pick a resume but Broners is just a bunch of nobodies, besides PDL Quientana ( which there can be an arguement made for he lost both ) and Paulie.

And he's in some p4p lists?! Come ON

Most people don't even like the dude. The only people that really hyping him is the media. Hes a good fighter though but hes nothing close to great. But like I said no one really likes him. At least you have certain fighters with a balance of love/hate. Broner on the other hand from what I can guess out of a fanbase of 100% only 20% actually likes him.

Exactly. I'm not saying he's garbage, he has skill but is he a ATG or even. HOFer?

It really bothers me when I hear he will take over boxing when Floyd retires. I get ****ing chills

I do hope Broner fights Garcia, Thurman and Matthysse within the next three years, let's find out if he will remain undefeated.

We're going to find out very, very soon what exactly Adrien Broner is. There are a lot of fights out there at 140 and 147 that will tell us what we need to know.

At this moment, I have no reason to believe he's anything close to what Golden Boy and his fans tell me he might be. Good fighter, fun fighter to watch, there's talent, but that's it. He'll have his chance to prove me wrong.

certainly looks like more of a berto than a mayweather to me. he's a solid addition to the current welterweight scene, not a future superstar. i think maidana stands a good chance of pulling off the upset.
