PAC is underrated when it comes to defense. Yea he gets hit due to his style but over the years I've seen him use pretty good defense and technique. Blocking punches with his gloves while leaning on the ropes then countering by spinning his opponent on the ropes and ****ing them up.

What people dont realize is Pacquiao will let you hit him so he can test your power. Then he taps his gloves together or taps his abs to let you know "Cmon, is that all you got? Bring it."
