Apparently you have never been in the ring. The cup helps a lot with the blow. Some get thru but not as hard as not having one. It sucks getting hit low but the cup sucks most of the blow

ever get a bouncing nard trapped between the rim/edge of the cup and your thigh when excepting a low blow..... that **** hurts to no end it seems.....
