    Yeah, surprised he kind of gave that shout out. Froch seems like good people so not surprised if he left an impression on Diaz.

      I think Rigo under Roach would've been a beast. Rigo already had the defense down and Roach would've taught him to be more aggressive. But the language barrier was there and just like with some of his other fighters, Roach couldn't really take charge of Rigo. Something like the Chavez Jr situation.

      I'm pretty sure Diaz is capable of making Rigo somewhat more aggressive but I'm not sure if he would want to.
