race aside it gonna be a big event. Im taking cotto in this one. I just think he is smarter then canelo and been there before. As in fighting in big fights. They should fight in MSG so if canelo wins he can crossover and get all the northeast fans.

Alvarez is not tested yet, Cotto is a much better fighter now. Cotto by K.O.

Cotto stops the hyper job. Canelo never seen anything like Cotto, and never been in a war. Cinamon has a suspect chin that will be tested by Da Left hook! War Cotto!

I used to think Canelo had a chance, but after watching him against Floyd he is nothing special. He got a boxing lesson from Floyd now he'll just take an offensive beatdown from Cotto.
SO BEFORE THE FLOYD FIGHT YOU USED TO LIKE CANELO BUT SINCE HE DID POORLY AGAINST MONEY MAY YOU TURN YOUR BACK ON HIM AND THINK HE WILL GET A BEATDOWN FROM COTTO.IF YOUR GONNA BE A FAN BE A FAN NOT ONLY UP TO WEN THEY LOOSE...

cotto wins just based on the experience factor, he can prolly just out box him, has more tools in the shed....cotto can be hurt though, and canelo can crack....but still, im gonna go with experience

even with the strength factor that canelo has, as long as cotto doesn't go to war, he should get the W, cotto has shown that he can box, and canelo isn't hard to hit

I thought Canelo had a chance because he was still beating down smaller guys, someone of less talent couldn't have done those things. Victor Ortiz is the perfect example, he was beating Lopez but he ended up losing, Canelo laid the smackdown. But seriously, even Ortiz did better than Canelo against Mayweather, he at least tried to win the fight that says a lot about a fighter. Maybe one could say he had the wrong gameplan (Canelo) and tried to box, but I never said Canelo would beat Cotto, I said he had a chance.

I don't like him that much in the first place, he's a good fighter but he never matched the hype just seeing him against Floyd and Cotto looking refreshed and not run down changes the situation. Times change, circumstances change it would make no sense for me to think Floyd vs Manny would be the same fight it was 3 years ago. Manny had a chance, now it's much less than he had 3 years ago I always favored Floyd but because of different cirumstances my view changed a bit.
