Barrera-Morales rivalry, do an hour-long special. You have the Mexican class angle as well as their being amazing fights. Likewise with Vazquez-Marquez, although all of those were on Showtime.

Cotto-Margarito I as well, it's probably the single most storied fight of this era that's actually visually attractive, wraps notwithstanding. Trinidad-Vargas is good too. And there should be a show entirely devoted to Ricardo Mayorga. Perhaps a screwball comedy.
