Alvarado told his corner "I have nothing left" & then told the ref the same thing, so he did quit...

I agree, Mike did quit. The ref asked him twice if he wanted to continue, but Mike said "no". I really thought he would box Provodnikov better than he did. Ruslan is definitely a beast though! I want to see him in a rematch with Bradley. They both have belts now, and everyone knows that Ruslan whipped up on Tim's ass! I bet Bradley ducks him. Nobody ever beat up on him the way Ruslan did. This Siberian kid's a star in the making! We'll see if anyone figures him out. A strong jab, great movement and angles should give him trouble, though that's what Alvarado tried. Provodnikov was relentless in taking the fight to Mike. Standing in front of him and trading punches is a big mistake!
