Not the bar room brawl some of the boxing hipsters thought it would be; simply a magnificent fight.

What a fight. Props to Mike, dude is a straight warrior. Crazy heart but I felt really bad for him/his family. Anyone calling him a quitter is an idiot. Yeah, he should just die in the ring..

Mad props to Provodnikov. Damn I have nothing but respect for Ruslan since the Bradley fight.... Animal

Honestly they could of just ended the fight after the second knockdown. Alvarado wanted to show his balls and heart but he didn't have to

Actually I was the 1st to say that I am happy for Ruslan but it is a fact that Alvarado is not the same fighter that he was an Rios probably isn't either it's just that he isn't aware of it yet.. I do think Alvarado from a few years back beats Ruslan though but that's not Ruslan's fault or problem. But I could be wrong because Alvarado might have simply overlooked him also with the way he made weight...

It was very close until that 8th round. I had Alvarado up by 1 round.

Had Provo winning rounds 1, 4, and 5, and Alvarado winning 2, 3, 6, and 7, with just about every round close.

Very happy for Provodnikov. Great fight.

I guess that's the kind of power ruslan has, he hinders your speech. hopefully, not permanently.
Yeah I noticed that too. Damn

Provodnikov can fight and would give guys like Rios and Danny Garcia a run for there money, much respect to to Provodnikov. The dude is hardcore in the ring, only true boring boxers like Bradley can tame the beast! but can't knock him out, only if they can hit as hard right back.
