    That would not be fair to those that are subscribed to HBO/Showtime, didn't buy the PPV, and are banking on the replay to watch the actual fight.

    It's a good selling point for HBO/Showtime.

    Hey you can buy this PPV for $65 right now, without being subscribed to us, or you can subscribe to us and watch the fight for free but a week later. Save $65 dollars for a belated fight!

    $65 is $65. You can spend that on a good meal a day over the week leading up to Saturday. With $65 bucks, I could buy one $8.50 Subway Italian BMT with Bacon every day from Monday-Sunday and have $5 left. Which you can spend on a $5 dollar foot long on Monday.

    These are things HBO/Showtime think about. You wouldn't know it, only the financial geniuses behind the networks think about the small things in life like Subway sandwiches.

      it's intended to be an opportunity for people to watch the ppv fights without having to pay $70. it's a nice gesture. not everybody can drop that much money for one card.
