Brandon Rios Brain Damage?

Those of us who ever met Brandon Rios lets be honest the guy has some pretty clear signs of brain damage right?

I mean the way he behaves and talks, one can see he clearly doesn't have it all there.

I know he is a fun guy who is all smiles and likes to make jokes and pranks on people. But the way he talks and slurs at such an early age of 27 already is alarming.

I'm not asking those of you who only seen his interviews on tv I'm talking about those you who actually met him in person as a fan at the fights or whatever.

What was your impression when you met him? Brain damage right?

For the record I don't think it hinders his actual fight performance inside the ring or against Manny but outside the ring for his family and friends sake he seems damage goods.

As far as I know, he's always talked like that. Could just be some kind of speech impediment.

That's not to say he doesn't have brain damage because his style will cause harm to his body in the long run.

He doesn't stutter or struggle saying words. It's his pronunciation, which is not an indication of brain damage with absence of the other two. It's a lisp. He speaks with his bottom lip, if you haven't noticed, watch.
