I think he would beat Garcia. The concern is his lack of power. But he is 2 inches taller and has a 3.5 inch reach advantage on Garcia. Vasquez also has one of the best jabs in the game, and it's his best weapon. Garcia has some trouble had troubles dealing with fighters that can throw straight punches and have good jabs.
