Wlad=Bute, except there is no Froch/Ward/Kessler/etc. in his division.

Imagine if these guys had the luxury of fighting C level fighters every single time and how great they'd look like Wlad does, just like Bute used to do.

Johnson Bika and Barrios are hardly C level

Wlad has a significant physical advantage over most of his opponents plus he has exceptional skillset for such a big man.

Wlad is a boxer and outboxing him is much harder than beating him. fights he lost he was ahead (except Sanders as it was too short).

He lost 6 out of 140 amateurs fights. That tells you something about his boxing abilities.

Bika is an okay fighter, Johnson declined rapidly losing to a guy like Cloud, getting schooled by Froch, losing to Bute, then getting UD'd by some dude named Fonfara. Keep in mind Bute used to spar with Johnson all the time, knew all his strengths and weaknesses. Bute fought Berrio, not Barrios, Berrio was getting KO'd multiple times early in his career by journeymen.

Cloud was a close fight and Cloud was at his best. Johnson also hardly got schooled by Froch Lol maybe watch these fights first?

Wlad is skilled for a heavy, but in terms of being as skilled as floyd or ward,, he is not...

Wlad would be like a pavlik in the lower weights,, working behind the long jab, looking for the big right hand,,

guys like floyd, ward, serg, hopkins would be nightmares for wlad

That is a tough question, Wlad has suspect defense but how he fights offensive really covers that up and when that doesn't work he will get down and dirty.

I will put it like this they are probably on a similar level of being hard to outbox, both Ward and Floyd are well rounded and versatile so it is really hard to put them at a disadvantage. Wlad while he has some versatility in his offensive game is more on the opposite end of the spectrum but the way he fights with his attributes cover his flaws almost completely and if you can't get him out of that mode he is impossible to outbox, but he also isn't afraid to muck it up if someone happens to get in on him.

Cloud is the same fighter he was then that he is now, he's never been elite. Johnson did get schooled by Froch, the first couple of rounds were close (Froch was notorious for starting slow) then Froch turned it up and had his way with him the rest of the fight.
