The prime Hopkins was a monster and way too much for any welterweight and Floyd is a small welterweight. Hopkins wins all the rounds and KOs Floyd. If they were the same size it would be an even fight but Hopkins is too big for Mayweather and he is just as smart in the ring as Mayweather.
