Only ONE group can advise Team Khan what to do and when, and that's GBP ... PERIOD!!!!
Neither Floyd nor TMT can offer advice or a contract to Team Khan -- THAT IS A LEGAL INSTRUMENT and it cannot be issued by anyone other than GBP who is contractually the promoter of Amir Khan.
Floyd "TMT" has a collaboration contract with GBP, in which both work together to promote Floyd's events.
I'll state again for the incredibly dense: Neither Floyd nor TMT can offer advice or a contract to Team Khan -- THAT IS A LEGAL INSTRUMENT and it cannot be issued by anyone other that GBP who is contractually the promoter of Amir Khan.
He's basically a silent partner, they makesure Floyd is happy, he is their meal ticket
What Floyd says goes
Richard Schaefer is Floyds servant, like he always says "Floyd calls the shots"
Richard told Khan not to fight Devon as a fight with Floyd was secured, contract was sent out and he signed it.
Khan walked away from a million $,a title shot and a pillow fisted boxer, in thinking Floyd and Richard were true their word
The art of deception
Khan needs to go over to Top Rank, at least they wont hide their best away from him

I believe this is what happened. There's no way he would duck Alexander, you can say what you what about Khan but he isn't a ducker.
He was probably promised the Floyd fight so rejected Alexander. As much as he doesn't deserve the fight you gotta feel sorry for him. At least he's answering back now, but if he gets too lippy he might run the risk of never getting to fight Floyd.

GB ****ed up by promising Khan the fight without Mayweather's consent. Once they talked about it with Floyd, he got pissed and let them know that they can't do that without his approval. GB prefers to lose respect from Khan in this situation so they didn't give a **** and now poor Khan is wearing the clown makeup in front of millions.

So Khan ridicules Bradley for not fighting him and instead pursuing a Pacquiao fight. Now he doesn't fight Alexander so he can get a fight with Mayweather but gets snubbed and I'm supposed to be sympathetic. No way.
