  • I kinda feel bad for Khan. No one really thinks he'll win. Not even Virgil nor Roach.

    • Floyd's next 3 fights are going like this: Khan ( The People's Champion! The Poll "Winner" ), Then Maidana ( Missed out on Facing Floyd and Floyd being the True Champion he is, gives him a shot ). Garcia will then be asked to move up and for the Payday and he will.

So for Floyd, Opponents faced since his return will look like this:

Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz, Cotto, Guerrero, Canelo, Khan, Maidana & Garcia.

God knows what monstrosity he'll pull out from his behind for his final fight. Probably a mutual 69 BLOW-BY-BLOW with Broner.

      Absolutely pathetic.

Let's hope Pac's absolutely shot by then so there's a Chance Floyd could still face An ATG.

      • I feel like Mayweather should win this pretty easily, he may even start walking down Khan in the later rounds. Meh...

          • Who is going to see the fight? Even the British won't coz it's 3 or 4 am in Britain. The Mexicans won't see the fight coz they do not want to be fooled again. Lastly the Latinos and Filipinos won't watch the fight either. Like Freddie said it will be a financial disaster. He was KO'd by Breidis Prescott and Danny Garcia, Peterson would have KO'd him had he not run, and Maidana was on the verged of knocking him had he not run also. Freddie Roach said Khan was one punch away from stopping the fight. The fight probably will generate 100K PPV and it will be the lowest in Floyd's career. Pac v Bradley fight will outsell Floyd v Khan. That's good new for Manny. Manny will have the leverage in the deal. This will also force Showtime to make the fight

            • The Khan fight seems potentially bad for Mayweather whichever way it plays out. If Mayweather destroys Khan, it will re-enforce the widely held belief that Khan was undeserving of the fight in the first place. And if Mayweather doesn't destroy Khan, it will be something of an embarrassment given Khan's lackluster track record in recent fights.

              • Excuse me. Whose twitter account did the fans cast their votes? Fans, you cannot trust this guy. He probably rigged the count to make it appear the fans made the choice, not Floyd. If the count was true, then it will good news for Floyd coz at least there will be 20,105 fans who will buy the PPV. It's bad news for Showtime, though. Showtime will lose a lot of money coz no one in their right mind is going to buy the fight.

                  • this is why boxing is a joke...Mayweather is ducking the best fighters, MMA at least puts the best fighters against each other in the prim of their careers. even in the past boxing had fighters fight in their prim. Mayweather already missed the big fight with Pacquiao because he thought he would lose. By the time he has the guts to fight Pacquiao no one is going to care.
