Rios deserves it. He hasn't got knocked out or quit like ortiz or guerrero and those two were accepted for Floyd, so why can't a lesser fighter like Pacquiao fight Rios? You underrate him anyhow. He's displayed nothing but a willingness to keep coming until he breaks his opponent down, and they all either run for survival or fall to their knees. Rios has done more in the last 4 years than Ortiz has, and that's unquestionable. Ortiz's only claim to fame is beating a hype job. Thanks Ortiz, but you still suck.
