[QUOTE=mrlopez;13845687]When the numbers were crunched, donaire wasnt getting 3. and he was just as big a draw as mares was/is as he WAS the #1 in the division at that point. go ahead and hate on tr all you want lil sheep. its ok, but your bias is not.

No he wasn't getting all of the $3 mil but he still would have got his biggest paycheck yet.
Read the fine print player! http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id...er-mares-fight

I'm not necessarily "hating" on Top Rank" they bring it on themselves. I'm just looking at the facts! They're always pulling this "The Rematch of Rematch" crap with garbage undercards. And look what they did with Cotto! I mean, I love Cotto but, c'mon! Delvin Rodriguez? Seriously? Cotto should, at the very least be fighting HBO level talent. Let me reiterate, Golden Boy=Quality Product.

Exactly,Arum really wanted a Pac Marquez 5..Marquez told him no,so they offered Bradley really good money(6mill)for the fight and Bradley turned them down and said he wanted Marquez as well..We got this fight cause both fighters truly wanted to fight each other..Very rare tbh..

How you gonna say we'll only offer Bradley 5 mill..When your last offer was 6mill and that was before he had a definitive win over Marquez..A living legend..

He may not be a draw on his own, but he's a solid B side, today. A Mayweather-Bradley fight would sell, and it's a good fight to make.
Mayweather Bradley would sell with a great undercard with TR GB fighters on it like Mares Rigo Rios Broner

I would much sooner Floyd fighting Bradley than Khan , Amir does not deserve the fight and Tim does .

Bradley deserve a shot now. He's undefeated, he's a champion and he beat Marquez and Pac according to the scorecards, so why not? If Khan gets the Mayweather fight over Bradley, then that would be a travesty. I hope Khan pulled out of the Alexander fight to get Floyd, only to be without a fight for a very long time.

I mean I can't say he doesn't deserve a shot. After all ****ing Tito Ortiz and Robert Guerrero got a shot. Sure he deserves one. But Bradley is a ****ing boring style vs Mayweather. For Christ sakes Bradley's best attribute is his chin. He doesn't do anything great. But does a few things good.

No PPV buys so it doesn't make sense. Mayweather better off facing Broner or Pacquiao. The money fights. Bradley would be a bust fight and PPV. I bet Bradley vs Marquez didn't do ****.

                      Floyd-Tim=11-1

Still Bradley earned his shot at money so I prefer that fight waaaaaaay above May-Khan
