I think he would've had too much respect for Donaire's power

true..but if Nonito decided to get cute, that mean streak of Barrera would definitely come out...power or not

          Barrera easily dismantles Donaire.

I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a body shot KO for MAB

Nonito has a puncher's chance that diminishes with each passing round as he is steadily dismantled and stopped late. Barrera @ 122 was savage in his coldly calculated aggression. His nickname was well earned.

Haven't seen Donaire fight a guy in Barreras class so it's hard I say. MAB always had a harder time with straight punches down the center like PAC and Jones. That and he is a true 122 pounder. I think Donaire is devastating as a super fly and bantam but not the more he moves up in weight.

Barrera is the bigger fighter. Just as strong. More flexible as a boxer puncher. I was really disappointed with how one dimensional Rigo made Donaire look. He looked very one handed.

Barrera smash Donaire's face on the turnbuckle.
