roy even went as far as calling him and asking for a fight but benn didnt want anything to do with roy jones. look what roy jones did to james toney....he would have beaten benn 10x's worse. benn should have lost the fight with the g-man, benn was given way to much time to recover when he was put down early.

The fight was never made, as stated in my article, due to Benn being beat by Malinga and then retired after the loss. Malinga was not a known fighter and previously knocked out by Jones.

roy was a great fighter, i think when people go over his career after he retires and study his fights they will see that. great natural ability, its all gone now obviously. he cant see anything coming anymore. he needs to retire asap
