I would bet everything that I own that Pacquaio has never made $30 million in a fight. In fact, I would bet that he has never surpassed the $20 millio mark in any fight. Every time he fights, his contract guarantee is always $5 to $6 million. That means that any other money he gets comes from PPV sales and he does not sell nearly as well as Arum claims.
