Pacquiao of old would have put a serious hurting on Rios like he did the Margarito. The reason this is a tough out is because he has declined since Margarito and is coming back from a brutal KO. Rios has enough pop, work rate, and bone headed determination that he will make Pacquiao work hard for that KO you know he'll be going for. With that being said, tough out or not, with all the rising stars you have in boxing, Pacquiao has to look good in this fight.

Rios is coming off a loss... Difference is Rios lost to Alvarado an Guerrero to Floyd. :/... But yes its tougher for Manny in terms of him coming back from a knockout.... So its tough for PAC... Not that Rios is better... Though I foresee an ass whuppin of epic proportions... dont be surprised at Pac KO within 5 via savage beating...
