For ANY fighter getting KOd like Manny did and would normally take a sparring partner bum as a slow tune up. They are fighting a ****er that can take a shot and give them. He has a One punch stopping power and can take two three and four to land ONE.

When Ellerbe made that quote about Canelo having a lot of weaknesses and that Team Floyd is well aware of them, he also said that is why he was so confident that Floyd would win easily and that is why Ellerbe approved that fight!

So if Canelo was riskier and if there was no CW, that fight was not happening and you know it! Ellerbe would NOT approve that fight!

Its a BS question that dont mean sht if you know weight , if you want to get to real weights Floyd knocked him out at JWW because Hatton was at 153 and Floyd 152 in the ring that night , and thats Hattons JWW fight night weight right accross his whole career , except Collazo when Rick weighed 159 and said he felt sluggish and flat and would never fight that high again , he never did .

He was unbeaten and in his prime , after that loss he was a mental case with a growing coke addiction and was looking ordinary and nearly beat on return by a stiff and then Pauli , the old Hatton would maul Pauli it was just a show horn to sell him with Manny .

And even to this day Ricky says straight up that Floyd is the better fighter , every common opponent all say Floyd wins .
