Haye knew that Vitali would be his hardest fight, he hopes that Vitali's weakness grows to a certain level where he can have a decent chance to beat him. And that weakness is age.

2009 - they hadn't even signed a contract and the terms they agreed on were not the terms offered in a contract. Haye was offered a better opportunity with 1 option, as opposed to 3. Smart move.

September 2011 - I believe you are talking about. Haye agreed to the contract, Vitali choosed to face Chisora. Hence the "I signed the contract, WHY YOU NOT FIGHTING ME NOW?! at the presser - to which neither Vitali nor his stupid manager had any answer.

April 2012 - Haye has agreed a fight with Chisora on the basis of what Bernd Boente said at the presser. AFTER the fight has already been finalized Vitali's team offers a fight to haye to which HE AGREES on the basis of him fighting Chisora in July. Vitali doesn't want it and said they were fighting someone else which they did.

September 2012 - Vitali calls out Haye, yet never backs up his boasts with a fight.

March 2013 - the same happens.

Haye has a history of being hard to negotiate with. I doubt Vitali ever ducked him especially when they are looking for a good payday in the HW division.

You could also say he's ducking fury, that cut was far too convenient, a week before the fight? Sparring? And getting cut? One things for sure he likes to pull out of fights a lot

Nope. this was a legitimate injury, any fool in the world could see that horrid cut above his eye. I understand the frustration, but people need to realize that the BBBofC wouldn't have allowed him to box anyway, so there was nothing he could do.

The Charr 'injury' though. that was a hoax

It's stupid to say Vitali is ducking Haye when both fighters haven't fought in more than a year.
Moreover Vitali might be already retired. Is he ducking the whole division?

Is Haye ducking Charr, and now Fury...

Haye sure as hell was an idiot when he dropped out of the Charr fight. As much as a mismatch it was, it was a dick move for a bigger payday.
