With healthy hands Russell wins this easy. Cruz had no pop in his punches and we saw what Garcia was doing with Salido. Russell will box circles around him and may KO him. More than likely we won't see this fight happen because of current boxing politics, so no need to even waste our times discussing it any way.

Nope. He's a free agent and wants to stay that way. 50 cent's people contacted him last year about signing him to a promotional contract and he declined.

But like you said, he's with Haymon so he probably will only fight on GBP promoted events. What's more likely is that he fights Mares/Gonzalez II or if Gonzalez vacates he will fight Mares for the vacant title.
