I think Marquez beats Rios and Provodnikov with relative ease. Their styles are tailor made for him. I think he beats Alvarado as well, but Alvarado is smarter than the other 2 fighters mentioned and I think he'd have a bit of success.

Anyway, not even Marquez is dumb enough to take one of these fights at this point. Win or lose, he's gonna take a lot of punishment for peanuts. And he may well be sent into retirement by one of these not so elite guys. Like Bradley said, should have stepped away after Pac 4.
Excellent post. Marquez was getting hurt by Bradley's punches when Bradley actually got aggressive. He would be hit more often and with more force against those 3 fighters. Saying Marquez beats all 3 with ease is laughable at this point. All those fights are 50/50.

You're right those 2 guys are made for his style, however he's never fought anyone near as big and punishing as these guys. Remember he had issues with Katsidis and Juan Diaz (lol) physicality. These guys are a lot bigger, harder punching, durable.

Marquez should be favored against all three of those, Alvarado can box a bit though he would give a tougher fight to Marquez of the three. Marquez doesn't like taking the lead and pushing the fight so Alvarado could force Marquez to try and attack.

No doubt about Ruslan and Rios. Unsure about Mile High

I don't think he could beat all of them, because I don't think he has 3 fights left in him at the elite level. I do think he beats Rios and Ruslan, but Alvarado will be a little tougher if he boxes.

The fact Marquez got dropped by Katsidis should be enough to give the 3 fighters a chance. Katsidis is a poor UK man's version of Rios(I know he's aus-greek).
