Quickly dismissing Rios I see to try and discredit the likely win....Rios is no less of an opponent than Guerrero imo. In fact he's a more dangerous fighter, he can crack and he brings the rain...Guerrero was a blown up lightweight who jumped two divisions and had a mere two fights at welterweight against two bums.
