  • Can Mayweather and Top Rank do business together?

Top Rank has the two fighters everyone wants to see Floyd fight; Manny Pacquiao and Tim Bradley. Floyd should try to make the Manny fight for May assuming Manny beats Rios and let Bradley fight Garcia and the winners of those two fights fight in a SuperFight in September.

Obviously Mayweather vs. Manny then Mayweather vs. Bradley would be the Two Super Fights that would kill at the Box Office.

Floyd and Arum could each make a boat load of cash if they can find a way to work together.

The answer is sadly no and will always be no as long as bob arum is still alive.

I think it's time all of these guys (Bob, Floyd, Schaefer, Haymon) put their differences aside and try to work things out. Floyd should try to make these fights (paquiao and bradley) before they fight each other again which would devalue the losing fighter which would kill the chance at two superfights instead of just one.

Khan in Vegas will do half the PPV's May vs. Pac or May vs. Bradley. I'd love to see a mini tournament with Money facing Pac and Bradley facing Garcia with the winners fighting after that.

This is all probably wishful thinking but sheesh, the money is with these scenarios.

May vs. Pac would do 2.5 million ppv buys. Especially if Pac KO's Rios.

Then May vs. Bradley would probably do 1.5 million PPV's.

Thats 4 million for two fights. X $70 = $280 million dollars and probably another 40 million at the gate, plus another 25 million with sponsors and closed circuit, merchandise, etc, Floyd and Bob could rake in 350 million dollars of revenue for two fights.

It's this amount of money that gives me hope they can look past their problems and shock the boxing community by working together. Cotto is still out there for a possible rematch for Floyd as well. All Golden Boy have left for Floyd is Khan and Garcia...and those fights would do half the business of these other ones.

But Al Haymon owes these fights to Floyd for both his bank account and legacy...

Never happen, Arum likes his share of all the revenue no just one of his fighters side.

Mayweather is the A side so GBP/TMT should be lead promoter for any fight with a Top Rank fighter involving Floyd.

Arum would never agree to such a scenario no matter what he says to the media
