LMFAO. I just can't believe you guys who call boxers arrogant, you guys think you're know it all. Half of them aren't arrogant and Canelo and Maquez weren't arrogant at all before their fight. I give you that Marquez was whining after the fight.

Truth is boxing is a racial sport.
In 85 percent cases , you fight like where your from.
Yes each fighter has different skill sets.
But this sport is as racial as it gets

In all honesty, yes you have a point, Mexico has lost some big fights to the US this year. Chavez should have lost to Vera as well, but don't think that really even matters at this point. But keep this in mind, we're (as in Mexicans/Chicanos) are the ones that keep this sport alive and thriving, with us out of the picture boxing really becomes an obscurely niche sport.
in the 70's there was hardly any mexican fighters & it was a golden era.........the fights today are trash compared to the 70's. every time a ring of mexicans fighters lose we get these "boxing is dying" threads. a joke...........Last edited by Godsfly; 10-13-2013, 01:54 PM.
