    Malignaggi would beat Marquez

Serious....He'd pop and move, pop and move. Pop that jab in his face endlessly, throw punches in bunches, and move. Styles make fights, Marquez claim to fame is the Pacquiao battles because it was good stylistically for him. When a fighter doesn't come in overly aggressive he is confused. He would beat Khan who would beat Malignaggi, but being as styles make fights Paulie would school Marquez. 100% serious.

paulie's legs would give marquez problems. i do think he'd be able to time paulie's punches nad land some, but paulie has a good chin. marquez leg's are way too slow to beat a boxer who refuses to come to him consistently.

Paulie's a good boxer but being one doesn't necessarily mean you could beat a JMM. I agree that Paulie probably could cause problems for Juan but remember Casamayor was beaten and he was a better boxer than Paulie

Yep, it would be a clear Paulie win, he should look to getting this fight, it will look good for his legacy.

marquez can have meaningful wins against guys who bring the fiht to him. he might even have one more war left in the tank.

guys with speed will give him problems. pacquiao had speed, but he refused to take punches for answers. he didn't have the temperament to use his legs to his advantage. he'd use them to come to marquez, which was what he wanted.

5 years ago maybe, but Paulie is only 32, Marquez looked like an old pensioner last night, looked like he needed a walking stick.

Yeah Freddie the joke coach Roach had a dumb game plan for the 4th fight, trying to steamroll through Juan. Pac could outbox him if he had the in and out game plan he did against Oscar.

Marquez would not respect Pauli's power, which would allow him to be aggressive. I think Bradley caught Marquez with something early on that discouraged him from walking in and taking risks. And when he finally traded with Bradley in the last few seconds, he almost seen himself on the canvas. Remember how Broner just stalked Pauli without any fear whatsoever? The man couldn't crack an egg. Marquez still has too much skill.

No he could not have. Oscar was dead at 147 and the way he looked clearly proved it. What Pacquaio did in that fight had nothing to with "some good game plan" rather than one fighter being dead at the weight.

I've actually jokingly said this to my friends. It would certainly be a chess match. The big difference is that Paulie doesn't have the foot speed of Bradley.
