I wouldnt say he got robbed tonight, I thought he edged it but his inactivity and age are what did him in tonight.


I do think he beat Pacquiao twice, John, Norwood and even his debut was controversial

You're just repeating what rabid Marquez fans say, and they are repeating what Marquez says. According to him he's never lost. Freddie Norwood was an excellent boxer and beat him fairly and squarely. Chris John the same.

Scott Mallon of RING Magazine was there to cover the John fight and he wrote that John won 116-111. One of the MaxBoxing guys was there too, being on a vacation, and said the very same, I think his score was 117-111.

And to end this (it'll never end of course) Marquez said himself in an interview aftwr the fight "I thought it was close but he's an excellent boxer...". Direct quote.
