loma has arrived. but fighting salido tho? a mistake. the way that can was hitting him last night doesnt bode well. if he doesnt get salido out of there early, hes in deep doo doo. im surprised arum is ok with this. but the chance to make history is huge i guess.

He needs and deserves such hype as we will never see him fighting Floyd. He is going to retire.

Lomachenko is a quality fighter but he's not in Mayweather's league it would be like a lion playing with a kitten

                2 racostaa:

                Hey, man! Where are u?
What do you say about pro debut of Hi-Tech?
                By the way, remember!
"We mistakenly mix all together. Say Gennady Golovkin has Russian blood, but he was not Russian, he is Kazakh. Vassily Jirov also Kazakh. And Lomachenko - Ukrainian, and if you call him Russian, he will hit you!" - said Arum.

I don't get what people are moaning about earlier in this thread? Lomachenko wanted a title shot in his *first* fight but boxing rules say you need to be ranked to get a shot. This is the whole point of his promotion. This guy has a very special amateur record, he's lost 1 fight in 396! which is incredible. Floyds was 84-6. Yes he may not be ready for a title fight but that's why people are going to tune into watch - to see if he can do it.

I say thank god we don't have to watch him knock out 10 no-name bums before we find out if he's any good or not as a pro. When Canelo fought Mayweather wasn't that his 44th fight or something? I can only imagine what the first guys he fought were like.

the combined record of his opponents are 194-193 and he fought 15 guys with losing record,

I want to remind you nobody is saying Ramirez is some world class fighter LOL. He's better then absolutely anybody any of the 2012 olympians has fought so far, put together, though. Including Errol Spence, Verdejo, etc. Better then any starbucks employee that most fighters turning pro start their careers off against
