he'll win early rounds, but i'm epecting a marquez knockout.

if the hard punching marquez of the manny fight fights the sloppy bradley of the provodnikov fight, we will have an absolute war.

if marquez doesn't get old, or timmy doesn't surprise me with discipline and the ability to use his legs, i'm picking a marquez knockout.

both guys might go down. should be a wild fight.
It is 50/50 on excitement for me. It's either going to be a great entertaining fight, or it's going to be a boring technical fight....you won't know til you watch it.

Personally I work on saturdays, and while it's an interesting match-up and a good one....I'm not planning on taking off for it like I do with some other PPVs. Mainly because it's not casual friendly. If I'm going to shell out money and not work (hence losing money) I want to do it with a bunch of friends, and have fun whether the fight is good or not.

It's going to be hard to find a sports bar that carries it in an area that isn't huge on boxing, or has a huge mexican population....I can't justify spending 140+$ to watch this fight with one friend on the couch... which is sad because it's a great fight, that just generally doesn't excite the public.

Could you imagine getting a lap dance and Marques or Bradley getting a KO, I'd push the bitch out of the way in my excitement

I used to go to bars to watch fights, but after I pay the $10 cover, order an appetizer, and have some bourbons I usually end up spending at least the cost of the fight anyways so I just get them at home these days.

Plus I don't have to watch it in a noisy place with nobody paying attention until the main event and I always have to end up explaining rules/scoring to people because almost nobody in the place knows the difference between boxing and UFC anymore.

I'm not trying to pay for it either. Not sure where I am going to watch it yet.
My house, I just hung my 52 inch plasma up over the fire place, got the fight ordered and the speakers pumping. Got the brew and an 8th of dank as party favors.

You forgot to buy kleenex. You're going to need it after JMM stands over Bradley's lifeless body.

LOL. It's funny because 90% of the people are watching the fight so the dancers just sit by themselves in the corner.

This is true too. You go to a bar its:

                      $10-12 for cover
$15-20 for some wings and fries
                      $20 more on 3-4 beers

By the time you leave you covered the cost of the PPV.
