Maybe Ariza being his personal trainer helped out Manny some, I am sure Manny worked hard before but he might not have worked with a personal trainer that had any sort of a decent concept.

That said Ariza is a glorified personal trainer there are tons of dudes who could have done his job, he just got lucky and hooked up with a guy he could help a bit~

He certainly didn't make Manny at best he helped him a bit.

This Ariza idiot is the same guy who claimed not even God could help Marquez win an than Pacman gets knocked out?

Ariza has the nerve to say Roach is making predictions and they all failed what else he is supposed to do he is the coach/trainer is he supposed to say no my guy loses lol even Mayweather sr makes bold predictions only difference is Mayweather sr is a sore sport making up excuses. Dude Ariza you just said Cotto would lose to Rodriguez and he beats on Delvin knocked him out cold and was throwing so many punches in the first two rounds.

Justin Fortune was Pacs original conditioning trainer and he claims Ariza was just using the same workouts he was using with Manny.

If you remember Pacman had some of his best stamina at 122-126 with Fortune especially the first Barrera fight, when Pac was being compared to Henry Armstrong and Aaron Pryor by the late Emmnauel Steward.

That is true, he didn't start having cramping issues until later on. Either way whether Ariza hurt him, didn't help at all, or helped a bit he certainly didn't make Manny.

I think Ariza hurt Pacman. All those supplements he was giving Manny probably made Manny sluggish. Some of the stuff he gave Manny will cramp you up if you are not hydrated like creatine you need fluids. Erik Morales and Diego Corrales both fires Ariza so he went to work as a stunt man in hollywood for a few years, till Roach gave him a chance to train again.

I like the old school approach that Floyd Mayweather does, no supps, just good food and hard training. One thing too people overlook is Yogurt! to me its the most important for overall health it cleans the gut and makes you feel fresh because of the important probiotics. Yogurt when I added that every day man my mood, my health, my energy went up and it helps the colon and bowels because it has good bacteria.

The only supp I would take is a clean whey thats all, just a plain whey no additives. get the rest of your nutrients from fresh foods and meats.

idk who read this but alex is taking credit for all of mannys big run lol, what do you guys think?
I seriously doubt it was all the work of Roach, How can you make a boxer improve by wearing a body protector and being Manny's crash dummy

Both Khan and Pac looked great under Ariza

soon as they stopped messing with him they suffered

                  that's a undeniable fact

You believe that. I recall Floyd crying about his body breaking down, torn rotar cuff, brittle hands shoulder hurting. I think he used roids and HGH when he's not training for a bout. He's around muscle heads who can tell him what to take. Take at all the all time greats they began to slow after 32 or so Hearns Ali, Leonard, Duran Tyson and many others but since some now resort to HGH they can renew some tissue damage that old athletes accumulate . It's common sense Nobody and this includes your beloved Floyd body gets better with aging unless your taking some sort of high price supplement such as HGH
