    What's next for Mikkel Kessler??

    Any Danish folks here?

When will Kessler be back in the ring? Is Kessler finished or is he still motivated to comeback and try to reach the top again??

For whatever it's worth, I had Froch-Kessler II a draw. The 115-113 scorecard was the only scorecard I was okay with.

So no, Kessler is not done. He just came off a close fight with the second best SMW. He pretty much beats #'s 3-10 at 168, and even some top guys at 175. I'd say Bika, Rodriguez and Bute give a tough showing thugh, that's about it.

The decision on whether to continue or not has been dragged out and there really isn't anything new. He is close to becoming a dad now, so I guess there's other things on his mind. The latest news from him was when he won the best foreign fighter Award from the BBBofC.

Personally I hope he retires and enters the broadcasting booth. He is a great analyst.

Funny. I had it a draw as well Kev. I felt Froch deserved the win, but scoring on a round by round basis it was a very close fight.

It would nice to see him staying busy while he still is on top.

It's pretty simple, close fight in Denmark=Kessler gets it, close fight in England=Froch gets it. I did not expect the judges to actually score it a draw.

However, I felt that Kessler got his win more clear than Froch got his.

Physically he's obviously not done and I would favor Kessler to beat anyone out there not named Ward.....but I've heard people saying for some time now that Kessler has lost the passion for boxing and he doesn't know if he wants to continue to fight.

I had Froch as the winner 115-113. The fight was really close but Kessler lost the fight because of the slow start. It took him a few rounds to get into the fight and that's where he lost the fight IMO. I definitely think Kessler could win if they ever fight again though. I would like to see him get back into the ring and kick some a_ss.

There's definetely an advantage by fighting at home before a patriotic crowd. Nevertheless in the Kessler-Froch fights I felt that the right man won on both occasions.

Froch-Kessler III will probably happen at some point imo. Maybe 2015. Kessler should relieve Stieglitz of his strap in the meantime.

Kessler should retire. The clear opinion of one of his countrymen and fans. He's over the hill. But of course it should be respected if he continues for some more paydays.
