wow some good fights. And at least Alexander-Porter should be competitive, if not all that entertaining. I'll still watch it. I usually root against Victor Ortiz but I'm so bored with Carlos Molina's style that I'll be pulling for vicious victor. Thank God Trout-Lara is finally coming off too!

Kinda hard to predict which matchups will be FOTY, but this card seems to have a chance.

I have both channels so I really don't understand why people hate on either network, boxing fans win at the end of the day. I'm looking forward to the SHO cards as well as the upcoming GGG, Ward, Donaire and Rigo fights on HBO.

Dude all these SHO cards are packed with "bums": Paulie, Soto Karass, Ortiz, Judah, Porter, Seda, none of them are top 10 in the division. Even Maidana is a fringe contender at welter, and Broner is not top 5. And that's the main event on a PPV.

I think the Network/Promotion Split is good because if it did not happen someone like GGG probably would not be getting the coverage he is getting now

No question GBP has the deeper Roster so Showtime is able to stack up the Cards for the fans and give you a full night of good match ups while HBO and Top Rank just kinda give fans **** undercards even tomorrows PPV Undercard is ****!

But regardless I watch both networks and both promotions so it don't matter

HBO isn't just Top Tank it's every promoter minus GB. Showtime is basically exclusively GB . Golden Boy does a good job stacking their cards thoufh cus they are deep

HBO is the diamond to Showtimes Ruby. This is the closest Showtime has come to HBO. But close is not enough.
