there's no such thing as misunderstanding in taxation because tax laws and regulations are very clear. the tax revenue agency will base everything on the income tax information you file. if there's something wrong or missing with your income tax file that's the only time the agency will slap your a$$ and it doesn't matter if you have an accounting degree or not.
