    Former four division world champion Juan Manuel Marquez believes the recent information that several papers disclosed regarding a taxation problem is a simple misunderstanding. According to several reports in the Mexican press, Marquez owes 18 million pesos [$1.37 million USD] to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in Mexico. The controversy back home is not distracting Marquez from the task at hand, Saturday's big fight against WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

                      It is funny how tax problems are always misunderstandings.

                      Sucks for JMM but he has a big pay coming up that will cover that, so no big deal.

                              From what I hear Marquez studied accounting and has saved most of the earnings from his career purses.
