Cruz blew it (pun intended, lol!) by outing himself. Salido should be at least a little worried about being exposed to this man's blood. Exposure to anybody's blood these days is risky, but a gay man? Fuggetaboutit! Who in their right mind will fight this guy? Cruz effectively ended his boxing career while trying to get praise for being the first openly gay boxer. He may just be the last.

Yeah man exactly. The cynic in me tells me he only did it for the press anyway, and whatever this is boxing everyone tries to keep themselves in the headlines. However, it's not like it even takes much courage to be gay these days, so I can't really call him courageous. This isn't a Jackie Robinson type situation. Jackie Robinson's blackness was something he COULD NOT hide. Being gay is completely different because you can.

Here's what I would like to see, and what would generate some serious headlines. I want to see a guy who is openly opposed to gay marriage fight Cruz. Now, that would require that this fighter to actually "come out" if you will, against gay marriage. You tell me, which takes more balls?

Man I had to comment on this. I have nothing against gays, and good for Cruz that he has peace and is happy in his life now. But who the **** said gays are heroes for coming out? This mf is a hero because he admits he likes a **** in his mouth and up his ass? This world is hilarious. This gay crap is out of hand, everyone acts like gays are all heroes now because they want all these rights. Please man, gay rights is NOTHING like civil rights or women's rights. Women and ********** cannot hide who they are, they have to be who they are. They don't decide to be black or female. I have no issue with gays being married, that is fine I don't care. But all you gays need to stop comparing the trials and tribulations in your lives are in any way on the level of civil rights, or that you coming out makes you a hero or a role model. Keep your business to yourself and stop preaching your gay, no one cares. Be a man, do your thing and live your life, stop begging for attention. Makes me sick man.
