Plenty of separate TR fights should've been on this card. Like Alvarado-Provodnikov, Donaire-Darchinyan, or Garcia-Martinez. This is the reason why Arum is struggling to market his rising stars. He refuses to put them on PPV undercards.

The undercards isn't good. Arum has enough good fighters to stack the card and doesn't want to. I guess the poor ppv turnout will be a negotiating tool to give Marquez less money if he and Pacquiao fight again.

The fight is a worthy fight but without a good undercard i don't know how well it will do. Arum NOT doing everything he can to popularize Marquez, this goes back to his early days with Marquez.
