so much Gbp and their fans claiming hbo is done

13 out of the 15 non ppv highest rated boxing cards have come from hbo

people on here can spread all the bs against hbo because their hero does it, but as these haters say when it favours their argument

    numbers do not lie

People can spout rubbish on here and spread lies, but the truth is hbo do not make losses on their ppv events and are the boss in boxing, showtime have 2 good events a year and then are on the floor

HBO showed the door to GBP, I said it before and will say it again, GBP like before to Pac, will offer a public apology and be back on HBO soon

the only people that care to actually choose a network (as gay as that sounds) are posers that are new to boxing. we are talking about the floyd and manny slurpers that have no idea what this fine sport is about and have no respect for it. they should all blow each other.

    new boxing "fans":

    manny v floyd
    vada vs usada
    tr vs gb
    hbo vs showtime
    lucas v danny

    the list goes on.

There's boxing on nbcsn, fs1, espn2, tv azteca, sho, hbo and you wanna ride the **** of a single network?

I don't give a damn if hbo has the all the ratings in the world cause there's boxing on all sorts of platforms going on. Grow the **** up

That's why I laughed when people made this assumption that Floyd moving to Showtime was gonna have a herd of people cancelling HBO and going to SHowtime.

Both Networks don't rely solely on their Boxing programming and as far as I'm concerned (minus Dexter) HBO has the better programming. Golden Boy put on this year's biggest PPV event but not much of that money really goes to Showtime as a Network and or does it go along with ratings increasing for the Network. HBO on the other hand have the top 2 rated Boxing events in 2013 (Cotto vs Rodriguez, Chavez vs Vera). But you may ask why? HBO simply have more subscribers in general and HBO generally is the more popular network. For all those Boxing fans and those casual fans who watch Boxing on HBO, you also gotta account for those surfing and coming across a fight like

          "Boxing is on..."

Worst part is that the thread starter is British so he doesn't even get HBO or Showtime

This is how dumb these groupies are. They think Showtime is going to make up a 10 million subscriber deficit because of FLoyd and GB.
